These beautiful vacation villas are located at the bottom of the dunes in Zoutelande. The villas are newly built and fully equipped. The villa is suitable for a family, but also, for example, for two families who want to spend their time together in Zoutelande. Huisjes aan de Duinen guarantees a luxurious, lovely, quiet holiday in the pretty village of Zoutelande where there are nice restaurants and shops. At the beach crossing is also a beach pavilion "De Strandzot" which is open almost all year round where you can enjoy a snack and a drink after a lovely walk. - The beautiful luxury villa is fully equipped. The house is stylishly decorated with a beachy chic theme. - On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. - On the first floor are three bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds. Attached to the master bedroom is also an ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has twin beds. - In the main bathroom there is a lovely rain shower, spacious bathtub and an infrared sauna. - Both in the living room and outside on the terrace there is a large dining table with room for everyone. - There are parking spaces on site. There is also the possibility of charging your electric car here. - It is possible to rent both houses together.
It is a very nice and modern house. The beds are very comfortable. Upstairs in the bathroom there is an infrared sauna. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the supermarket is 15-20 minutes away The communication with Hello was friendly and helpful. What bothered us a bit is that the garden has no privacy screen so you sit on the presenter because the playground is right behind the fence. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would come again.
The "Cottage" on the Dunes" is a beautiful house, quiet and yet centrally located. It is very harmoniously and high-quality furnished - great design - and the equipment, especially in the kitchen with appliances, cookware and crockery, is excellent. The chairs at the large dining table and the beds are both wonderful and very comfortable. We were especially pleased with the balcony off the second floor bedroom, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Check-in via the key safe went smoothly and we were welcomed into the house with wine, juice and snacks and of course a piece of Gouda: arriving and feeling at home. All in all, a great house that we would love to come back to again!

A wonderful, new house where you are also welcomed with local specialties. It is only a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach and there is also a supermarket nearby. Everything was flawless, from check-in to communication with the provider. Even a small "cleaning issue" in the kitchen was rectified within 24 hours! Great service! To make the stay even more pleasant, especially for families, a small assortment of board games, kitchen towels and perhaps a privacy screen (until the bushes have grown accordingly) would have been nice. But these are little things that didn't make our stay any less wonderful. Definitely recommended;)
Wonderful Airbnb! Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. We lived and worked there with 8 people. Internet was unfortunately not so good. Facilities are also great, all in all very well maintained! We felt comfortable there

The accommodation is great! There were 6 of us in the house and everything went very well. Beautiful rooms and furnishings, everything was very neat and clean. Of course you expect that for that money. The location is great and the beach is very easy to reach on foot.
The house is a dream. The beach is within walking distance. Everything was perfect except the cleanliness. Such a great house should be well maintained. Best to bring tea towels, there are none. Other than that, it was just wonderful. We will definitely come back
We traveled with a total of 7 people. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is very suitable for up to 8 people. The house is also ideal for dog owners as it has a large garden. The entire property is fenced. The house is very tastefully decorated to a high standard. You feel like you are in your own home. The beach is only 400 meters from the house.
