These beautiful vacation villas are located at the bottom of the dunes in Zoutelande. The villas are newly built and fully equipped. The villa is suitable for a family, but also, for example, for two families who want to spend their time together in Zoutelande. Huisjes aan de Duinen guarantees a luxurious, lovely, quiet holiday in the pretty village of Zoutelande where there are nice restaurants and shops. At the beach crossing is also a beach pavilion "De Strandzot" which is open almost all year round where you can enjoy a snack and a drink after a lovely walk. - The beautiful luxury villa is fully equipped. The house is stylishly decorated with a beachy chic theme. - On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. - On the first floor are three bedrooms. Two rooms have double beds. Attached to the master bedroom is also an ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has twin beds. - In the main bathroom there is a lovely rain shower, spacious bathtub and an infrared sauna. - Both in the living room and outside on the terrace there is a large dining table with room for everyone. - There are parking spaces on site. There is also the possibility of charging your electric car here. - It is possible to rent both houses together.
We (4 adults and three children aged 2-8) had a great time here. The house is very new and well maintained. We had plenty of space and the house is perfect for families. We really liked the fact that the two master bedrooms each had their own en-suite bathroom. The property is completely fenced so that the children could play freely. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs in the house, so you can be very relaxed with small children here too. The kitchen is very well equipped and wine, juice and cheese were provided for us on our arrival. Questions were answered very quickly. The location is really great! Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and town center. There is a nice playground right next door. The rental price is not exactly cheap, but justified by the special comfort. Overall highly recommended.

We were so thrilled because the house really is a dream and you just feel at home. It really has everything you need and there was nothing missing. We particularly liked the fact that there were three bathrooms and as there were seven of us, everything was so easy and everyone had their own space in the house. And I have to say that the garden is simply inviting with the great furniture. Thank you so much, we really fell in love with the house and the surroundings. We definitely want to come back next year.

We absolutely loved the villa; very spacious and lots of luxury: everything was there for a top weekend with our family (parents and 4 adult children) The contents of the kitchen cupboards are incredibly extensive ! The beds slept well ! The sauna was also delicious ! The sea is pleasantly close ! Because we know that we really get value for money, this is certainly worth repeating !
